Every machine.
One number that matters.

Sales from every machine you run, whatever the brand, combined with your real costs. Profit per item, a restock list that writes itself, host statements and phone alerts.

No app store, no new hardware. Works on iPhone, Android and any laptop browser.

Real results

Three things we only knew because the app told us.

October 2026, on our own machines in Colorado.

24→50%
Margin was twice what we thought

Four products had price and cost swapped in the vendor app. Every report built on them was wrong until the app flagged it.

Our “best seller” wasn’t selling

The cooler camera rang up two flavors as a third. We were restocking the wrong one for a month.

A stuck cup used to cost an afternoon

The machine’s fault email went to an inbox nobody watched. Now it’s a phone alert with what to do.

The problem

Which of your products actually makes money?

A growing route runs on three or four vendor portals, a folder of receipts and a spreadsheet nobody updates. Each portal shows its own machines. None of them shows the business.

Sales split by brandThe cooler reports to one portal, the card readers to another. Adding them up is a Sunday job.
Costs never meet salesReceipts stay in a glovebox, so margin per product is a guess and tax time is a scramble.
Stock you can’t trustVendor counts drift, smart-cooler cameras mix up look-alike cans, and restock runs are guesswork.
Hosts in the darkA wrong charge goes to the front desk. The location’s revenue share is a spreadsheet you owe them.

The product

One app that turns machine data into profit, stock and action.

Smart coolers, shake and coffee machines, snack and drink machines, micro markets. It reads the systems they already report to, so there’s nothing to install.

Sales

All your machines on one screen, profit next to sales.

Today, this week, this month, by machine or all together. The green number is what you keep after card fees, the location’s share, tax and product cost.

  • Live sales from every connected machine, any brand
  • Tap a machine to see just that one
  • Slide across the chart for any day’s breakdown

Busy hours

See when each machine sells, hour by hour.

A heat map of orders by weekday and hour shows the rush and the dead zones at every location. Restock before the rush, and spot a location slowing down weeks before the monthly numbers show it.

Prices

Profit per item, not just sales.

Every product shows what you keep after card fees, the location’s share, sales tax and what you paid for it. Low-margin items are flagged with a suggested price and a break-even price.

  • Costs come from your own receipts, blended over time
  • Try a new price and see what it does to monthly profit
  • Catches cost and price typed into the wrong fields

Receipts

Photograph a receipt. The bookkeeping does itself.

Snap it or forward the emailed receipt. Every line is read, matched to a product you sell or flagged as new, and turned into stock, a blended cost and an expense in one step.

  • Costco, Sam’s, grocery and Amazon, packs and units included
  • Remembers which store had the best price on each item
  • Totals checked against the receipt before saving
In-storage inventory with blended cost per product

Restock

A shopping list that builds itself, sorted by cheapest store.

It knows what sells, what’s left in each machine and what’s in storage. Before each run it writes the list, rounded to the pack size you buy, grouped by where you’ve paid the least.

  • Items running out this week at the top
  • “Cheaper here than Sam’s” notes from your own receipts
  • Expiration tracking with a pull-soon alert 14 days out

Deal checker

Snap a price tag. Know your margin before you buy.

Photograph a shelf tag or paste an Amazon, Costco or Sam’s link. The app reads the price and pack size, matches it to what you sell and gives a verdict: Great buy, OK, or Pass.

  • Knows your tax-exempt stores from the taxed ones
  • For new products, checks what other stores charge
  • Every check saved, with favorites
Saved deal checks with verdicts

Host statements

The location’s revenue share, calculated and sent every month.

The app works out the host’s share per month, net of refunds and tax, builds an itemized PDF statement and sends it from your phone. Mark it paid and the record is kept.

  • Revenue share summary, highlights and sales by item
  • Reminder when a payout is due, with the amount
  • Coming: a live link so the host can watch the month build

Messages

A QR code on the machine. A conversation on your phone.

Customers scan a sticker to report a wrong charge, a stuck item or a flavor they want. It lands in a chat thread, your phone buzzes, and refund requests are matched to the actual sale.

  • Email replies land back in the same thread
  • Quick replies for refunds and thank-yous
  • The location’s front desk stays out of it

Stock you can trust

Real counts, and a two-tap fix when a cooler guesses wrong.

AI coolers confuse look-alike cans. The app keeps your own counts, subtracts sales as they happen, and lets you correct a misread sale in two taps. The charge stays the same; your numbers get right.

  • Count only what you touched
  • Expiration dates per product
  • Shake and coffee canisters tracked by grams per drink

Money

The books are done all year. Tax time is one download.

Every sale, fee, payout and receipt is already categorized, so the P&L is live and the year-end package builds itself.

  • A live P&L for any month, quarter or year
  • Income-tax set-aside estimated as you go
  • QuickBooks sync coming

Alerts

The machines tell your phone. You never have to go look.

Every sale and refund, machine faults in plain English, offline and back online, expiring stock, a receipt waiting, a payout due. Straight from the home-screen app, no extra notification app.

FAQ

What operators ask first.

Which machines does it work with?

Any machine on a Nayax card reader (shake, coffee, snack and drink machines) and HAHA AI smart coolers today. 365, Sandstar and Cantaloupe are next, and each new connector works for every operator at once.

Does it replace Nayax or HAHA?

No. They keep handling payments and the cooler. This app sits on top and turns their data into profit, stock and alerts.

Is my data shared with other operators?

No. Your sales, costs and customers are yours. If we ever publish benchmarks, they will be anonymized and opt-in.

Is there an app to download?

No. Open the link on your phone and add it to the home screen. It works like an app, with push alerts, and updates itself.
